October 2026 proved to be a challenging month for stock market investors, with heightened volatility and several sharp market pullbacks. The final week was particularly turbulent, as concerns over technology valuations and the enormous capital expenditure associated with AI infrastructure triggered a significant sell-off in technology stocks. On October 30, the Nasdaq Composite plunged 2.86%, its steepest single-day decline since June 5, while the Nasdaq-100 briefly entered correction territory during the trading session.
Against this backdrop, StockHero’s automated trading strategies continued to demonstrate their ability to adapt to changing market conditions, with several strategies delivering encouraging win rates throughout the period.
Agentic AI Pi3 Continues to Lead the Pack
Once again, Agentic AI Pi3 emerged as StockHero’s top-performing Advanced AI trading strategy, recording an impressive all-time win rate of 93.49%, outperforming the Sigma Series Fast, which recorded 92.34%.
The results reinforce the strength of StockHero’s Agentic AI models in identifying trading opportunities across different market conditions. Users’ AI trading bots running the Pi3 strategy has continued to deliver strong results leading to the end of October.
Sigma Series Alpha Shines During Market Uncertainty
The Sigma Series continued to deliver impressive results, with the Alpha variants outperforming their corresponding Fast variants.
Sigma Series Alpha recorded a 93.15% win rate, compared with 92.34% for Sigma Series Fast. Similarly, Sigma Series Alpha Bull achieved 93.13%, slightly ahead of Sigma Series Fast Bull at 92.65%.
Designed to adopt a more conservative trading approach, the Alpha variants have once again demonstrated their resilience during periods of market uncertainty. Interestingly, we have also observed more StockHero users switching from the Fast variants to Alpha, reflecting a growing preference for more measured trading strategies when market conditions become unpredictable.
Scalping Strategies Find Opportunities in Volatile Markets
Another encouraging development in October was the improvement across most of our scalping strategies compared with the previous month.
In volatile markets, capturing smaller price movements and securing relatively modest gains across multiple trades can sometimes be more practical than relying on larger directional market movements.
Ultra Scalp recorded an 81.80% win rate, while Ultra Scalp MAX achieved 75.78%. Ultra Scalp MAX 100 recorded 68.80%. Although their win rates differ, these strategies are designed around different trading parameters and risk profiles.
The results highlight how short-term trading strategies can continue to identify opportunities even when broader market direction becomes less predictable.
Gamma MAX and Other Strategies Gain Traction
Our trend-reversal strategy, Gamma MAX, also attracted growing interest among users, recording a 77.35% win rate. Its ability to identify potential reversals makes it an interesting alternative for traders looking to capture opportunities when prevailing price trends begin to lose momentum.
Other strategies also delivered encouraging results. Swing Strategy recorded an 89.24% win rate, Market Neutral Aggressive achieved 88.71%, while the standard Market Neutral strategy recorded 85.13%. Fishing Rod Strategy also performed respectably at 83.89%.

Looking Ahead
October reinforced an important lesson: there is no single trading strategy that performs equally well under every market condition. Having access to different strategies, each with its own trading methodology and risk profile, allows users greater flexibility in adapting their automated trading approach.
As we move into November, StockHero will continue refining its AI models and expanding its strategy offerings to help users navigate an increasingly dynamic market environment.
